We aren't be to having dogs (our 17 1/2 yr was put down 1 yr ago) so its been 18 years since we've had an energetic puppy in the house. I used to think doggy daycare was just an extravagant expense but boy was I wrong. Not only is it completely affordable but your able to use their service as much or as little as you see fit. Most importantly, its great socialization, enrichment and exercise for our Coonhound/Great Pyrenees mix. I love picking up a happy and tuckered out puppy! The staff here is excellent in both how they tr... read more

if you like vet Bill's and your dog getting sick, go here.

Business response:

After the conversation with Toby's dad it sounds like Toby might have gotten Papilloma. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I've included some links with information on Papilloma in case you wanted to read more about it, and you should have my cell phone number if anything else comes up. Thank you for your time. http://www.pethealthnetwork.com/dog-health/dog-diseases-conditions-a-z/oral-papilloma-virus-dogs , https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/papillomas-of-the-skin

Our pure bred GSD stayed for almost 3 days. She didn’t eat at all and the staff did no inform us. More importantly since our shepherd has been home she is super skiddish and very scared. When we walk by her she cowers. She stays hidden the whole time and is affraid to come by people. Which only leaves me to one conclusion.

Business response:

Thank You bringing this to my attention and for taking the time to speak with me on the phone about this issue, again please let us know how Meika is doing. Should you have any other concerns please call us at your convenience. -Ashley, Manager.

Thank you for always taking such great care of Miles! We have brought him to Tailwaggers several times and are always impressed with the quality of customer service and excitement they show when dogs arrive. He just got home from a long stay and is worn out from all the fun. Thank you for being outstanding

Business response:

Miles is welcome back anytime! He's a pleasure to have!

Had my pup there for a week, and had to spend another $100 treating her for kennel cough. Yes, she is vaccinated. When I informed the staff so they would hopefully disinfect, got a "whatever" attitude. Not going there again.

Business response:

We take cleanliness very seriously here; We power wash both play areas nightly, and water bowls in the play areas are changed every 30 minutes, and we even keep in touch with local vets so we can stay ahead of the issue when possible, and that includes making sure we do special cleaning should we hear about a Bordetella episode. We are sorry you felt dismissed, we will work with our staff on this so that it may not happen again in the future.

My Wilbur is a 3 month old shep/husky mix. We do 1/2 day and boy when I pick him up he's tuckered out! It's a great place to bring your puppy for socialization. He is making lots of friends two and four legged.
