RecommendedThe staff and owner here are very hands on with the dogs and I love that I can watch the pups on the doggy cameras throughout the day. Definitely a great experience!
I've been bringing my dog here since she was 4 months. I like being able to drop my dog off knowing after a day there she will be tired for the rest of the night. thank you tailwaggers staff for the great experience.
The staff has next to no training in animal related matters. The young lady working the desk claimed that MULTIPLE coughing dogs were probably “just excited”. Come to find out later, it’s kennel cough. They don’t bother sending the animals home when they see they have this, they just keep them there to get more money and then also infect all the other dogs. The owner was absolutely zero help and claims to have no knowledge of this. Will not be returning, stay away unless you want to leave with extra vet bills!
Tailwaggers left my dog outside all day in 85 degree weather and his paw pads were rubbed raw from being on hot concrete all day (see pic)! My dog was clearly in pain when i picked him up and wouldn’t walk on any concrete. They did cover his vet bills, but were extremely rude about the incident. The would never welcome him back (not that i wanted him to be neglected like this ever again!). I trusted them to care for my dog and he should have been brought inside for periods of time. This neglect is unacceptable.

Have been here only a couple times with my big pup King and he loves it!!! He gets loved on and gets to play with his new pals❤️

We have been bringing our dog, Bella, here for 3 years. She attends daycare twice a week and stays for the weekend sometimes too. Every time we bring her to Tailwaggers she’s excited to go play! All of the employees are so friendly, helpful and seem like they genuinely care about our fur baby. Tailwaggers is very organized (we always get the right items back after boarding) and they keep a clean environment for the dogs. Bella also gets groomed here every few months by Gretchen, who does a great job!
