The burgers were awesome! But my kids were all excited to get amazing shakes like the ones in the pictures but that's not what we got at all. The shakes we got were in plastic cups like you would get at McDonalds and there was nothing at all exciting about them :( and the price was ridiculous over 25$ for four milkshakes that weren't even close to being worth it! We won't be going back anytime soon that's for sure!

We were in town for a college tour of West Virginia University. Our tour guide suggested Tailpipes if we wanted a great burger and shake. Carly our tour guide was right! The food and atmosphere were awesome. I should have known a college student would know where to get the best food in town!! We will definitely be back!!
Nova burger was excellent! Fries were perfect and fruity pebble milkshake was on point. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Went with a friend and her family last night as an early birthday celebration. It was crazy crowded! But a woman took our order with a big smile. And the waitress who brought our milkshakes and later our food was nothing but kind. This is my favourite place to be, any time of day. It was crazy busy, but everyone was working hard and the atmosphere made it all worth it
