Kim is great, her work speaks for itself! She is a sweetheart and very caring. I highly recommend her for all your alteration needs. Simply the BEST.
It was the best job she did altering my daughter's prom dress, she was extremely busy and made all the alterations perfect, thank you very much.
It's been a while since going to Kim's, but the last time I took a dress in for alteration I was very disappointed with the results. I wanted the shoulder seams to be taken-in/adjusted for the dress to fit better. I explained this to her and she agreed to do the fixing. When I picked up the dress, all she had done was insert shoulder pads. The shoulder seams were not adjusted at all. Needless to say, I could have inserted a couple of cheap shoulder pads myself without having to pay for an "alteration."
