Right after they tell the local shops they prefer to sell through a dealer. They sell to any one, they even undercut local cabinetry shops and sell direct to anyone who walks in the door. Back Stabbing B@##&$%^&.
We couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received from Stone Innovations Inc. What was promised was over-delivered and the entire experience was pleasing. The fact is that in most cases you get what you pay for. The craftmanship and service we paid for at Stone Innovations was a great value. They did what they said they would do and more. And they did it when they said they would do it, on time. We highly recommend them. 6 stars not available, so only 5 given. Thank you Stone Innovations for a job well done.
These guys are wonderful, really! I don't know who the other poster was working with, but either wasn't Stone Innovations, or it was a competitor trying to slam them. They travelled all the way here to NC to install a totally gorgeous kitchen, bar, and outside kitchen on our mountain-view deck. It cost a TAD ($500) more than local hacks would have done, but having seen their work, and comparing Stone Innovations, it was worth it. BIGtime.
Isn't it interesting how a competitor will get on what is supposed to be an impartial review system and try to make a mockery of it. Just that poster's name should tell you all you need to know about their qualifications to make that review. It is interesting in spite of what they wrote they did still rate us with 5 stars.
Yeah! They sure suck. They buy discount stone, and push 10 jobs a day through thier overworked, underpaid shop and call themselves a "state of the art" shop. Thankfully, most of thier work can be bought though the home depot, so most custom cabinet shops won't even know about these hacks. I've even hear Home Depot employees refer to them as "Stone Immitations." Fitting.
