I called Tailored Living to install cabinets and storage in my laundry room. My laundry room was a mess and the organization was terrible. I needed something to clean it up and stay organized. Tailored living did just that. Everything went went great on the day of the install. The installer was on time and very professional. I finally have the closet I've been waiting for years to get! Tim was excellent in helping me plan the layout, removing the old wire racks, loaning me a hanging rack, scheduling and answering all questions. It was very clear to me that he wanted to ensure I was happy through the whole process and after the install. Aaron, the installer, did a great job. I highly recommend Tim and Tailored Living for your projects.
Tim's a great business person and has created a top 5 franchise out of all tailored living franchisees in the US. He's done that by knowing how to take care of customers and deliver great designs. It's a pleasure to work with him.
What I love about working with Tailored Living is that they came to my house and walked through my closet with me. Tim listened to my concerns and desires. We then came up with ideas together and I was able to see a 3D rendering right on the spot of what my new closet would look like. The process was so simple and I didn't even have to leave my home!
