The staff was very loving and caring towards my dog who isn't the sweetest around strangers. They were very calm and considerate and I appreciated that very much.

Tried and tried to get my german shepherd fixed here. Got nothing but the run around. Every week we got a call with a new excuse. He needs a booster, the vet was sick. Gave up and went to Lilley vet in canton had it done within 3 days. Very unprofessional.
