I don't know who runs this place but I can tell you who actually does the old veterinarian and Kelly the so-called vet technician that lies right to your face. she had the audacity to say to me that veterinarian could lose her license if she didn't give my puppy a rabies shot. she doesn't know what she's talking about that is the biggest lie.
