They Call themselves an urgent care but would not see my husband because they would not bill our insurance.... we were visiting for another state my husband hurt his back we called our insurance and they told us we could go there however when we showed up they denied services stating even though they say they are a urgent care they bill under family practice so our insurance would not be accepted! We ended up having to drive to Sacramento to see a Dr probably better off anyways....

Dr. Mehrens and his team do an amazing job and I would highly recommend Tahoe Urgent Care to anyone.
