Decent food, slow service I had been wanting to try Tahoe Galbi for years and finally went about a month ago. Their food was better than some other "all-you-can-eat" Korean BBQ places I've been to. The restaurant is pretty strict on leftovers so make sure you order just enough or else they will charge you. My only complaint about this place was the service. I know they were busy but they were slow in everything -- seating, taking orders, replenishing our food and drinks and giving us our tab.
all you can eat Get the $17.99 all you can eat dinner. Don't order the beef tongue though. Everything else is really delicious. THey marinate it nicely. Soju is only 6.99 so you can get drunk while you eat. It's so much fun! The only thing is that you have to get there early or you will end up waiting a long time. I went for my friends birthday and we waited 2 hours since we had a party of 20.
All you can eat The first all you can eat Korean BBQ I've ever been to (wow, must be at least four years or so ago by now) and still my favorite. Love that green onion salad and the pork belly. Very good prices, terrible parking. What else can one expect in Koreatown though.
10 servings for one If you ever want to feel gluttony overtake your very well being then this is place for you! This is Americanness at its finest where you can order serving after serving of fine meat prepared and cooked in the Korean way for a flat rate under 20 bucks. Nothing beats it if you have a huge appetite or are just curious how much these small framed Korean people can eat. It's a lot.
