I was seen at the Old Town location due to some pain on my tooth and my usual location in Andersonville was overbooked. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and my last visit was a prime example of that. The staff at the current location not only went above and beyond but also had such great advice and cared for their patients like if it was their own family. The dentist, hygienists, front desk... absolutely perfect. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time, had some negative experiences in the past. They were so professional, yet gentle and kind. I can't say enough! Love, highly recommended. THANK YOU LADIES!!

If u want a great dental experience 1st Family Dental(Old Town) is the place. Beautiful waiting area(white leather), super comfortable, play area for kids, super clean treating rooms, state of art equipment and treatment on soft leather while watching tv😊. I am very pleased with the service at 1st Family Dental on Division. The hygienist is doing a super job, the dentist awesome competent.
I didn’t wait long to be seen. The staff was very friendly. My experience was very comfortable and relaxing.
