Perfect cut! – Usually I go to a walk-in but it wasn't open and I really needed a haircut before flying out of Portland tomorrow. After reading the reviews on-line I left a message at Taglio Salon, not really expecting that I could get an appointment. Within an hour my call was returned. Sara took me right away and just seemed to know what would look good on me and I LOVE the cut and style! Taglio and Sara will be my go-to place from now on!

Wonderful Color and Cut – I have been trying to find a new salon for a while now and just have had horrible luck! I was driving past Taglio and thought I would give it a try. I read the reviews first and chose cymbre. She did exactly what I asked for and am so happy with the outcome.. The glass of wine and the great scalp massage was the best part! Highly recommend Taglio

Response from management – I am the owner responding to the previous review. First of all, of this had actually happened to a client, I sure they would have let management know. Secondly, a client would never be treated like that at Taglio Salon. If any stylist or receptionist was ever rude or treated a client poorly, they would not work at the salon. Came away with broken fried hair. – Hair dresser didn't listen to me. The hair dresser fried my hair when highlighting it, I lost hand fulls of hair for a week. I am growing my hair out - I asked for a trim, she decided to layer it without asking. I asked for coffee, and they wouldn't make me any. Not very friendly, no smiling faces. Very expensive. The hairdresser told me that working on my hair made her glad that she didn't have hair like mine. I give them zero stars - they have all around poor service.

Larissa is wonderful!! – I am a hairstylist, moved here from California and was worried about finding a good stylsit because I'm particular. Larissa has given me 2 haircuts so far and she is on time, consistent and knows what's she's doing. I LOVE my haircut. I highly recommend her! The salon is very pleasant and cute. Everyone is nice. Its a great place to go!

Heidi is the best – Heidi has been my hairdresser for several years now and she is the best! I was in a restaurant recently and a woman stopped me on my way out. She had noticed my haircut and how it looked great -- better than any others she had seen for that certain style and cut. She wanted to know where I went. I was happy to recommend Taglio and Heidi!

CUSTOMER SERVICE – In response to the prior review. Exceptional customer service has been the building block of Taglio's success. This client arrived for her service with red eyes and crying...If as alleged, color or bleach had entered her eyes, the effect would have been excruciating, followed by an immediate eye rinse. This was not the case, but she demanded monetary compensation after her hair service was done that day. buyer beware – I had Sara cut and color my hair for years. But on my last trip in, I had something splash into my eye when the I was getting rinsed after my shampoo post foil removal and my eye burned. I let Sara and DeeDee, the salon owner know. The way things were left, I was told that it was just a coincidence this happened and pretty much tough luck. The owner said that she's had color and bleach in her own eyes with no problem. Kristy Sims is a talented and thorough stylist! – Kristy colored, cut and styled my hair this week, and did a great job. Her ability to blend color I already had with a new look made a big difference. She really paid attention to the things I said about my hair--fuss free, but that I had a picky husband, asked questions and then went to work!! Kristy, thank you for making not only me happy, but being the first stylist to gain the approval of the afore mentioned husband!!! I would highly recommend Kristy Sims!
