Tadpole has many other SC favorites like Calabash Chicken, Sirloin Tips, Hamburger Steaks, Cheeseburgers, Chicken Livers, we even have Frog Legs. We are famous for our STEWS. Oyster Stew, Chicken Stew & Catfish Stew and we believe in large portions at a good price.

We have been eating here for years but our latest experience wasn't very good. Their menu was about 1/2 of what it use to be. I was disappointed in the flounder. It was just ok. Not a dinner worth going back for.
I’ve been eating here for years.... service is always fast and food always good but tonight we ordered calabash shrimp and when it arrived at our table.... honestly the shrimp was smaller than a raisins!!! Honestly I would have been embarrassed to serve that to adults. Asked the waitress about the disappointment in the size shrimp and she very nicely got us a order of normal size shrimp. Every business has a bad day I guess. All is good though.
I have always loved the tadpole Fish Camp until Friday night my sister and I went there and ordered the Calabash shrimp... It was the smallest shrimp I have ever seen it was like the shrimp that goes on a salad all it was Grease and batter and just a little bitty shrimp .. and we paid almost 14 $15 a plate. Not going back again at least not for shrimp. .
My girlfriend and I were there Friday night, the worst meal that we have ever had there. The waitress was the worst ever. We probably won't be back!
Friendly staff, fast service and excellent seafood. We’ll be back.
