The guys appraised my house in keller Tx. Stay away! This company is lost and confused! They are completely lost in appraisals for that area. They did not take over 150,000 of renovations inside of the house into account. All they did was to add around 30,000 based upon one other house. I spend around 100,000 renovating three bathrooms and over 50,000 renovating a kitchen, excluding the built in appliances and they seemed to have ignored all of that.
