My building had a termite infestation and of course they came up through the floor into my store. The team at Tactical Pest Solutions showed up for an inspection quick, confirmed the issue and the best areas to treat and scheduled a day to come back. They showed up early the day of the treatment and spent hours going around the entire building along with the areas found during the inspection. This was months ago and not a single termite has been found since. Can't recommend them enough!
Had some flying pests that I originally assumed were large gnats due to my plants but after getting a better look at one I caught with a glue trap it definitely wasn't a gnat. Shawn came out and did an inspection which confirmed my suspicion that it was a termite issue. He quickly found the source and schedule a treatment for a few days later. Tristan was very professional and provided advance notice of when he was going to arrive, which was super helpful in ensuring my dogs were put away and gates unlocked. He also checked in with me before and after service, explaining the areas he gave extra attention and why. Overall, Tristan was a fantastic technician who made me even more confident in my decision to choose Tactical Pest.
