I’ve had my TI LE+ for about two years now, after about a year, the bulb broke loose from the base. I had to contact them several times but they eventually sent me a replacement head. Then, about a month ago the same thing happened again. I’ve sent 4 messages over the last month and haven’t heard back from them at all. Quite disappointing as 1) I really like the light 2) I work nights so I depend heavily on a bright reliable light and 3) I shouldn’t have to send multiple messages only to be ghosted. I love the flashlight but just like it seems a few others are saying on here I am having issues with the front switch being extremely temperamental. I'm going to have to contact Tactical Impulse to fix. If it wasn't for that issue I'd give it 5 stars
I have had my LE-1 for close to two years now and have loved it, that is until the switch on the back end just stopped working and the front switch is being very temperamental and has to be turned on in just the right way to stay on. I have attempted to call Tactical Impulse several times all throughout the day and have left several messages but have not been able to speak with anyone. I'm in Arlington for my daughter's gradution, I googled knives, tactical impulse showed up. So I went just to check it out, glad I did great customer service, and I bought a nice knife. Thanks Duane
Tactical Impulse is by far the greatest company I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. I am so impressed by their phenomenal customer service over my two plus years as a customer! I have recently decided to purchase their newest flashlight the LE1+ after my old one broke. This company offered a replacement part for my old light so I can enjoy both products. I loved the blade but the durability of the handle just sucked I pulled it out of my pocket one day and it seemed like it just fell apart
