My Tacticam Reveal X stopped working within the 1 year warranty period and after calling ************************* all i can do is leave a message. They never call me back and after 4 emails i just gave up! Ive purchased 5 cameras and put new batteries and new SD Tacticam card but the camera wont send pictures or take the!
My complaint is similar to others - cameras and their cellular services (SIM Cards) that have been activated (required to set up the cameras) and do not function. Once you activate the cameras / SIM cards, the (in my case) yearly subscription starts. In other words, the clock is ticking with non-functioning cellular cameras / SIM ********* cards. These cameras are extremely frustrating! They will send pictures with every change of temp, every movement of tree or grass yet miss animals completely. I suspect its trigger speed, doesn't seem to matter what setting for motion although if you set it to low you get nothing. over half the time it wont send the requested videos and often doesn't send the check in picture. ************ billing company ********* will keep billing you each month even after you have canceled the service via their App, and via a phone call and via numerous emails. After months of this I called my credit card company to cancel my card so they could no longer **** me. Terrible.

This is a poorly run company from a customer service standpoint. While the camera I received and its replacement worked, the interface between the game camera and my computer repeatedly had problems. When i asked for a termination of service because they had double charged me, they dragged their feet and still at this moment have not terminated my service or reimbursed me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM TACTACAM!!!Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. My husbands camera stopped taking night pictures after working fine for a month. I initiated a ticket on there website. They emailed me back and said they received the email and would get back to me. They failed on contacting me back. I made several calls to there support number, only to be left in silent space. Ive purchased 2 trail cameras from this company and they literally do not work and they cost $100+ a piece and no one from the company will answer calls nor call you back. Ive left multiple emails and I have gotten no where with this company. Im out on money $200+ in on 2 cameras that I cant even sale because I would be ripping off the next person.
I purchased two of their trail cams and couldnt get them to work. I started a $5 a month subscription and cannot get ahold of their customer service to cancel. Im being charged monthly for a subscription that I cant figure out how to cancel other than cancelling my card and ordering a new one. I returned both cameras
