STAY FAR AWAY FROM TACTACAM!!!Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. My husbands camera stopped taking night pictures after working fine for a month. I initiated a ticket on there website. They emailed me back and said they received the email and would get back to me. They failed on contacting me back. I made several calls to there support number, only to be left in silent space. Ive purchased 2 trail cameras from this company and they literally do not work and they cost $100+ a piece and no one from the company will answer calls nor call you back. Ive left multiple emails and I have gotten no where with this company. Im out on money $200+ in on 2 cameras that I cant even sale because I would be ripping off the next person.
I purchased two of their trail cams and couldnt get them to work. I started a $5 a month subscription and cannot get ahold of their customer service to cancel. Im being charged monthly for a subscription that I cant figure out how to cancel other than cancelling my card and ordering a new one. I returned both cameras
Purchased a camera which was faulty. I tried to contact them for almost a month before finally getting a response. They told me to send the camera in which I did. It has now been 2 1/2 weeks since they received it and I have not heard a thing. I have tried to call the customer service line only to be put on eternal hold. They do not reply to emails. I have a billing issue to be resolved & the company will not answer the phone, multiple emails or an online app(zendesk). Have spent hours in a 'silent' hold cue & no one picks up the call after 8 + days of attempts. I have been automatically billed for a years subscription of cell trail cam usage which I do not want. Be aware of any dealings with this company. They only want to sell you their wares & not support them!
Taylor in tech support helped solve my software/firmware update issues super fast. I would give five stars, but the under scope mount is too chunky to fit a lot of crossbows unless you modify it like I had to. Also, software and firmware update issues are a real pain.
Tried for months to get a camera. Finally did and initially it worked fine. Stopped sending photos out of nowhere. No customer service available on the weekends. I spent hours trying to resolve myself to no avail. Customer service finally gets back to me just to tell me I’ll be without the product for 2 weeks cause I’ll need to send it in. I ask to speak to a supervisor and get placed on hold for 45 minutes. Stay away from this company!!
Taylor, Justine and Emily in tech support are awesome! They totally helped take care of the issue with my camera and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer in the future!
