Your company is terrible. I have contacted customer care and you have refused to resolve any of my issues. You just asked me to do trouble shooting over and over, ask em to purchase your specific SD card and fragment on *** my return window with the company I purchased mg product from. You are refused to honor your warranty and I am contacting my states Attorney General with all of the failed attempts to get this resolved. Your company is going to be held accountable. Impossible unless your system deleted it when I deactivated my account. I will in fact not ever buy your products again. Junky product with ZERO real support. I do appreciate two different people reaching out to me AFTER I filed this review with the BBB, but too little too late. Reference Receipt #****-8274-9430. I was charged for two months of service but really didnt get to utilize it because of your defective product and lack of response from support.

I have used the reveal cameras for years with no issues . I have recently bought 4 that didnt work straight out the box . I have 8 cameras that have just stopped working and I have emailed them and called and sat on hold for 45 min each time before I hang up . I have not heard back from anyone . I will echo others and argue there should be a zero rating option. I have 10 Tactacam cameras and have had issues with them all. **************** is insulting. When you have issues (and you will) they force you into a newer model to avoid a complete loss only for you to experience more issues with the new cameras. Tactacam has saved me so much anxiety. I use my cameras for security and to see the deer that come through my yard and one of my cameras went down. I called and got someone right away, the agent said I got lucky because deer season is their busy season and they were able to send my camera in and get it fixed. I'm not sure what all theses other reviews are about, but my experience was great.
Same thing canceled my subscription months ago. Hit may card for $600 after many emails. I have sent now more emails requesting my money back. No response. Do not buy these cameras. Dk

Bad product. Bad service. I would leave zero stars if I could. I have other brands and don't have issues. The Tacticam Reveal that I have:1. takes photos that it never sends. They will be on the ** card but never get sent (thats the whole point)2. I use it for work (wildlife biologist) and unlike other brands it won't trigger on ducks - it isn't as sensitive as Spypoint evidently.3. Started going through batteries at an astronomical rate.
