The one staff that served me was very polite, welcoming and she was prioritizing the customer first (what I needed and want) before the sales. She missed to offer some of the sauce but eventually it was given when I asked. The store's atmosphere itself would be nicer if there is a more vibrant theme. The food's size, I ordered a taco bowl, has decreased from the past two years but the quality is still the same. Overall, great experience and I will come back.
Simarn I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your warm and attentive service during my recent visit to the restaurant. You were genuinely kind, helpful, and made the dining experience enjoyable on a personal level—I truly appreciated your professionalism.
Disappointed — not worth the price. I recently tried the regular chicken burrito at Taco Time and, unfortunately, it really didn’t meet expectations. The burrito was flat, had very little filling, and the taste was quite underwhelming. For nearly $10, it simply felt like a total waste. Honestly, a lot of people feel this way but don’t leave reviews. This kind of careless service after charging full price is really disappointing. I expected better, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Simran suggested that I try mexi fries and quesadilla and when I got to try it I enjoyed every bit of my order! Definitely gonna come back and try more stuff on the menu. Great employees most especially Simran!
