Called them because my drink was not in my order when delivered to me. The very rude lady blamed it on the driver and then hung up on me. I’m sorry, but it’s the restaurants job to make sure the delivery order is ready. The lady that blamed the delivery driver but she needs to learn how to do her job.
Taco salad was discusting Beef not seasoned to Taco Time credit Rusty lettuce Cheap on amounts
It was very messy behind the counter. Yikes. Should be kept cleaner. I ordered a beef taco salad and mexi-fries. They were fine but definitely could’ve been more fresh. They added Italian dressing to the salad for a take away order instead of letting me put it on myself. Mushy tomatoes. Wouldn’t order here again.
They do not listen at this location whatsoever the worker talks over you. Repeated back what I said. But he confused the term crisp chicken wrap with. Chicken burrito. I continued to correct him. They did not offer a refund. And continued to make the burrito despite me saying it was wrong. They were arguing with me on the ingredients which their menu board clearly posted. Just lettuce.
