My experience was poor. I asked for takeout. They did not ask me if I wanted a bag and they just automatically charged me for it. Pretty sure the cheese was mouldy along with the lettuce was rotting. Not sure how they pass health and safety! Definitely questionable and I’m not sure I would return.
Ive never been to a more disorganized place in my life. The owner or old guy running the front hasn't a clue what to do. Made filling up a pop look difficult. Took almost 25 minutes to get 4 tacos and the line up got to the door before I received my order and once I did I wish I never got it. Horrible food Horrible service Horrible business practices. Avoid at all costs. This place sucks..
Blatant false advertising. We all know it's not going to look exactly like the photo but they are clearly cutting the churros in half or thirds and still calling them "churro fries". Absolute scam. This will be our last time at Taco Time.
All around a pleasent experience coming to the ellerslie location. Friendly staff, hot food given to us every time as if it came straight outta the cooker. Even the fountain pop has been top notch compared to other places.
The owner came out to help figure out a birthday coupon problem. We couldnt figure it out but he was kind enough to top me off woth lots of hot sauce for my meal, plus. The food was hot and fresh . Fairly quite location. Ut the food was bomb . 10/10
