customer service is shocking acted like I disturbed them. it was 9 pm on a sat.
This was an awful experience. I walked in and waited in line for almost 30 minutes without a single employee acknowledging anyone in line. I think there were 4 workers in total, and they were all frantically making food and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. One worker occasionally took an order at the drive thru window and helped a delivery driver waiting. Made an online order at 7:00. I'm aware that Cinco de Mayo when I walked in when the order was supposed to be ready at 7:30. He said that I would take an additional 20 minutes. I received my order at 8:15. No additional compensation was the point of ordering in advance if you have to wait an hour in the store to get your meal
