I recently stopped by this Mexican restaurant and was genuinely impressed. I ordered the pollo plate, and everything on it was excellent. The chicken was perfectly marinated and seasoned flavorful, tender, and clearly made with care. The rice was also delicious, and the refried beans (topped with just the right amount of cheese) had the perfect balance of salt and texture.
