Had thee BEST! Dinning by far! 1st time eating at this place, our family, had a long emotional day after a funeral. Unusually hot in Downey Ca. We got invited to rest at a hotel, we needed food before our 3 hr long drive back home to Bakersfield, Ca. Walked to this spot! Greeted by 2 ladies in their outdoor patio, informed us, their place was closed for a private event. But we could dine outdoors. I ordered the ceviche Cameron the shrimp were very old and bitter. My wife ordered the chicken taquitos. They were very bland no flavor. They've been replaced it with the garlic fish fillet. The fish didn't look like it was cooked thoroughly but it was the rice was a slight bit greasy but at flavor. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place
