I had an amazing experience at taconic 202 veterinary care. From the moment I made my appointment until my actual visit my pet was treated with sincere care and concern. Very clean, friendly and extremely professional environment. Had s very bad separation with my previous vet and am 100 percent happy I made the switch to this state of the art facility where your animal is cared for with love and concern. Sorry I didn't switch sooner.
Can't say enough good things about Dr. Berk and his staff. They have been wonderful with my dog and me. Caring, compassionate, reasonably priced. The staff I have dealt with have called back almost immediately. Wish I found them sooner!!
Easy to get an appointment, team was friendly and efficient. Doctor was thorough and gentle with my pet. Facility was clean, waiting room was fine. I was particularly impressed by a set of candles they have on the counter with a sign that says 'if these candles are lit, someone is saying good-bye to a beloved pet, please respect..." Our dog Tank had to have a small mass removed and couldn't be happier with the whole process. Everyone there goes above and beyond in being helpful and making your pet feel comfortable.
We saw Dr. Melgarejo. She is skilled, patient and kind. The only reason I gave the Veterinary Center four stars instead of five is that the services are very expensive.
What was a scary time was made a little better by amazing staff. They were wonderful, calm and kept us updated at all times. So happy to have a 24 hour animal hospital near by. Thank you
