I moved to Yorktown Heights last October and had not yet been able to find a vet so when my cat began bleeding from her mouth I rushed her here. Every one was so nice, kind and understanding how upset I was. They examined Daisy and explained everything they were going to do. They took care of her problem and explained the medication she had and the pain medication to come home with. They called me the following day to see how she was doing. These people really do not care about your pets. All they are looking for is to get all the money they can out of you. They are totally incompetent. If you love your pet DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!
These people are awful. Dr. Berk couldn't possibly care less about the patients brought through his doors. All he is interested in is money and golf. They are rude and have absoltuely no idea how to evaluate and treat animals. If you care about you pets at all forget about how convenient this place is and go to someone who will actually care about your pet. You will not find quality veterinary care here.

I would not go any place else. I totally trust the staff there especially Dr. Wallace.
It is so comforting to know that there is 24 hour Vet care so close to home. Last month we had the need for it for our dog Bailey. We were so pleased with the care and kindness she received. When we were told she needed to stay the night (we arrived about 8pm) we felt comfortable leaving her there. It is a great facility with great staff as well.
