I can not say enough good about this Center. I have been there twice, both times with true Emergencies. I called to let them know we were on our way and both times my cats were taken right away to the back to be looked at. I never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t think was necessary and felt they were up front, honest and actually cared about both cats. One needed extensive after care and the other sadly had to be euthanized. With 2 different outcomes, they went above and beyond with both. I am so thankful I have them ... read more
Yesteray afternoon we took our 9 year old Junior in because he was not acting “right”. After all the testing and blood work we found out our doggy was very sick and he had masses on his spleen and liver and bleeding. Late last night we made the difficult decision to not let our baby suffer anymore as he was getting worse throughout the day.I can not say THANK YOU enough to the staff and especially Dr.Whitehead who consulted us with ever decision during this tough time. I've been there twice this week for 2 different cat's that had 2 different issues. They always take care of our babies!! It's been a hard week with all the snow and power outages but, still they managed to make time for us!! Thank you always, Tony and Donna � legs � Doatie � Riley
The staff were very professional, kind and caring. Took wonderful care of my dog's wound. I would recommend them in a minute.
I brought in my cat with an infected animal bite near his ear. My poor kitty isn’t the best patient. Long story short, the vet texh accidentally clipped my kitty’s ear while shaving around the infected area and lied about it. My cat is an ass when it comes to the vet. I know this, I warned the staff. He’s a wiley dude. I assume it was an accident. I’m more annoyed that she lied then anything. The Doctor and the rest of the ataff were INCREDIBLE! Brought my Lolabelle, a 5 lb Chihuahua, in for a regular checkup. Lola is kind of special as she is a bit of a drama queen. Dr. Jill Whitehead, as well as all the staff, were fabulous.
