Salesperson was very nice. Sales manager, Joel, was unprofessional: angry, sarcastic and insulting. My mother had received a trade in value for her car of $3500 from Honda. I was helping her at Tacoma Subaru (because she liked her past experience with a Forester). I made a good offer based on a number of things: trade in (they would sell the car for $6K-7K), time of year (clearing stock for 2020 models) and dealership price. These other reviews are spot on. If you want to be bullied and cheated, then, by all means, make the drive to Tacoma Subaru.

Scam scam scam! Do NOT go here. I took my car in for a recall covered under warranty and they found a part they want to replace and they are charging me $1,500 to install it when the labor is already part of the recal labor. They also tried to scam another $600 from me. I reported them to Subaru of America and am awaiting action. My car has been there for 3 weeks for a recall that takes about 9 hours and they didn’t even start working on it until 12 days in. I live in Kansas City and have been searching the internet for a particular Subaru Forester, with the options I wanted. Found a great price shown on two 2018 cars at Tacoma Subaru, equipped just right. Contacted them by internet to express my interest. Was contacted by Brandy, who sent me a link to see the Fax report. one who will continue to buy Subaru's, this deal was a sure thing for them, if they had just had some common decency. Instead, they lied to my face, telling me I could do paperwork on a car to "hold" it contingent on seeing the car. When the car came in, I came to check it out, and it was not as described. This 3 year old car had damages from a dog all over the interior, scratches all over the rear interior, what appeared to be burns in the backseat, and a large scratch on the rear bumper.
