Kristopher Constanti is a horrible sales associate, he refuses to communicate with his client for good or bad, I worked up a deal with him, took shot and tried to negotiate a bit, he said I'll double check with my manager, then disappeared stopped answer phone calls, emails text messages and all, I would rather you tell me no, or go F*** my self, then to not have the decency of a phone call, sales people like kris give dealerships the rep they have.

Tacoma Subaru’s Express Service Crew are exceptional. Matt was outstanding..he made going in there at ease..customer service was top notch..very informative and his communication was spot on..he even escorts you to the lobby with amenities to use while you wait for your car service! They are quick and punctual! I highly recommend their services!

I'd give zero stars if I could, due to the fact that the GSM is rude and unprofessional. I went in on January 1st, with the full intent of purchasing a vehicle and after an hour of back and forth negotiating, the sales associate Khasan went to the GSM to present my final offer. The GSM then RUDELY exclaimed "I'm not negotiating any more, they can walk out and I'll lock the door behind them." He said this ON THE SALES FLOOR WITHIN EARSHOT OF ME. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a car from them and one month and less then fifteen hundred miles later car completely broke down. When trying to fix the issue the manager was heard yelling through the door "I don't care if it broke down ten miles down the road it's not my problem". Car was sold to me two days before giving birth to my daughter and we were stranded on the side of the road for four hours with a newborn waiting for a tow truck.
