GREAT Parts & Service Experience! I just recently went to Bruce Titus Tacoma Subaru and had an amazing experience! The service advisors were friendly and great to work with. It was also nice to see that they were in the middle of a remodel and they were doing their best to not disturb the service customers waiting. I would definitely recommend Tacoma Subaru.
Marginal to unsatisfactory service and customer service, and appreciation! Bruce Titus seems really cheap taking away loaner vehicles for service customers under warranty. All other subaru dealerships I have delt with in the past have always given out loaner vehicles for customers under warranty. This is a major inconvience due to the fact they offer rental vehicle which you have no other optins to use. You have to put up a credit card for a $50 deposit.
