Don't use this company. Me and my boyfriend have an schedule appointment today at 10am. They ask me to reschedule. I said that's real professional. Because they ask me to switch the time to 9:30 rather than 10am. My boyfriend does school bus driving and usually get here a little bit before 10am so me and lady agreed on the time 9:45am and he text me to reschedule.
After a quick call, they arrived within an hour and efficiently fixed my portable A/C. Impressive!
From start to finish, the team exceeded expectations with their meticulous attention to detail. The installation process was smooth, and within 45 minutes, everything was up and running perfectly.
The technician arrived promptly and conducted a thorough check-up, ensuring our system runs smoothly all year round.
