15 minutes going through drive thru. Drink watered down because they made it when they took the order (15 mins before handing it to me).
I wish Joplin Missouri still had taco tico
Just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Food is good but the wait is ridiculous. If I didn’t drive so far just to eat here I wouldn’t wait in the line. Even if there’s nobody inside and 2 cars in the drive thru there’s no urgency with the staff.
My family and I have eaten here a lot over the years. The franchise went through a slump a few years ago, but since reopening they've been better than ever. Service has always been great, never had a problem with the employees. The one time my order was wrong, the manager comped me a whole new meal. It's one of our most favorite places to eat!
