Far exceeded my expectations for food quality in a college town chain. Everyone who was working was helpful and seemed happy to be there. Taco Mama is definitely on my short list for lunch downtown.
The average home cook can prepare a better taco/quesadilla/burrito. The same can be said for other fast casual Tex mex places, but when the price floor is $15 per meal (before tax and tip) eating here just doesn’t seem worth it.
The service here is absolutely amazing. The whole staff is beyond kind going out of their way to make us have a great experience. Even when it is slam packed you still get amazing service. Seems like an amazing environment and very welcoming.
My wife and I love Tijuana flats down in Florida and Taco Mama reminds us so much of Tijuana flats we love it.
