Our order was all messed up, we ordered a six pack and a pound with sour cream on the side. We got some tacos with salsa on them?! Not sure how that happens. I also ordered a chicken grilled burrito except with steak and no oles in it. I got hard to chew steak with onions and tomatoes (it's never come that way before) and I dont like onions or tomatoes. Really disappointed in my experience.
My family and I got the 6 pack and a pound. The soft shell tacos had as much meat as a 2 - #2 pencils. And when asked about it, the night manager said charity food isn't our specialty. Great job jerk
Went in ordered waited waited waited. No food. People behind me all got their food. Me nothing. I ordered chips and salsa x 2. Paid got my number but no receipt. Watched people cooking no gloves one wearing gloves slapped buddy on back. Guess gloves are for keeping hands clean hm I thought they were for keeping food clean. I left but called mgr to let him know. Kid. Gross place. Disorganized. Lazy.
Very poor drive through. One large order they put eleven items in one bag crushing the bottom ones, and forgot one of the items. On a recent visit I had a coupon for a free taco which they took and gave me a bag that did not have the free taco. I don't know if they need to focus or what- they weren't all that busy either time...
So, It looks like Keith's review is very much outdated. Service is very nice, they are very ready for rush seasons, and refreshingly friendly. I love the burritos there, my friend loves the tacos and the oles are consistently on point. They have new facilities that have a modern look and completely re-done the kitchen. It's hard to go wrong with Creston TJ's unless you flat out don't like to be happy.
I grew up on Taco John's. Since the 80's This visit, Oct 2,2015 around 8:30p.m. was the worst visit ever. . My burrito was very bland, no taste to it :( my potato ole's were still frozen. Taco John's was my favorite place to eat. I won't be back for along time. :( very disappointed in my visit. Thank you, Disappointed Customer
Sucks waited in drive Thur for 15 minutes only 2 cars. in front of me and 1 drove off and so did I
