As the quality of employees goes down, so goes the restaurant. They are unfriendly at best and sometimes downright rude. Not one wears their mask above their lips, if at all. I don't remember the last time I actually got my food 'extra hot' like I always order. I wouldn't be afraid to feed it to a toddler, it's so mild. It appears that the owners don't care about this location since they're allowing managers and employees to run it in the ground. It's time to purge.
There were at least 6 or more staff gathering in the cook area. Some had no masks, some had mask under chin, some covered mouth not nose. A white male cashier had no mask, removed his cap to scratch his head while waiting on a customer. Seen several new employees come in before we left, none with mask. I could see in the back of cook area from where I sat, no mask. We got a taco salad, there may have been a tablespoon of meat in it. really good fast Mexican food. prices not bad! we will definitely go back. 🌮
I will always like Taco Casa’s food but the service at the location in Northport, on 82 W gets worse every time I go. Rude staff they had working there tonight will keep me from coming back for a while.
