I’ve visited this location several times now and each time , I know that I will get fresh ,hot food and customer service is also ok . I was dining inside this location on February 10th when my mom bit into her Muchaco and found a metal paper clip inside. She immediately spit it out. The situation was extremely upsetting and her stomach felt uneasy afterward. I have photo evidence and brought it to the manager on duty right away. I only requested a refund for the one taco that contained the paper clip — not the entire order, which totaled $45.15. They refused to refund even that single item. I can’t comment on the atmosphere, but our order was incorrect. We ordered two plain bean and cheese burritos with no sauce, and one combination burrito. Instead, all three burritos were made as bean and cheese with sauce. When we got home, I called immediately at 9:20 PM and was hung up on multiple times. By 9:29 PM, the restaurant stopped answering the phone altogether. I also have photos showing the number of times I called in an attempt to have this addressed.
