Why is this place open? Everytime we go here there's a problem. Today, Muchaco platter, there barely enough beef to cover the shell. A sprinkle of cheese. Same with the Muchaco. Plenty of beans though. Must be the cheapest to make. Then after ordering in the drive thru, "do you want hot sauce?" yes, lots! Didn't get one sauce! Why ask. Had to go in and get it. Get to where I am going to eat, no on flippin utensil! Enjoyed my rice, beans, and chilada with no fork or spoon. Never again! Taco Casa from now on!
So the girl at the drive thru just walked over to the guy taking the inside orders and straight cussed him out like a bitch. We aren't sure why but it happened. I'm sure glad the manager that was standing right there did something about that. So part 2 of the Taco Bueno Experience. After about 25mins of waiting we finally got the 2 beef taco platters that we ordered. Wait, didn't I order a chicken one too? FUUUUUUUUK! Fabulous food & big smiles from the workers! We took it home & it was still hot & fresh & delicious! Love me some Taco Bueno!
I never have a bad thing to say about bueno, but I've been sitting in the drive through line for over 25 minutes! What is going on there???
Worst service! I had to wait for my food like 30 minutes and when I went up to the cashier to complain they started preparing it really fast. Very in professional also the restrooms are really dirty with toilet paper all over the floor. Do not reccomend going here.
