Worst Taco Bueno...ever. I should have taken pictures of the soda fountain and salsa bar....saddest part of this establishment.
This is the WORST Taco Bueno that I've EVER been to. Food was horrible. They didn't complete my order in the drive thru. When we pulled around and went inside to tell them, they would NOT complete the order. I have a call into their corporate office. Basically they stole $5 from us!!!!
This location has some serious issues. I went in to place my order. There were 2 of us in line and the 4 people back there seemed overwhelmed at doing their job. When they finally acknowledged me - I ordered a mexi dips and Chips, sweet tea, and cinnamon chips. He gave me my cup for the tea. I went to fill it up with the sweet tea and it was empty. This place has bad food and poor service. The night I visited they had no beef, and when I finally got my food in the drive through (i waited at least 20 minutes), the nachos were soggy and not worth eating. The server in the drive through didn't give me a receipt and when I asked for one he stomped to the cash register because he was mad I asked for one. This place is not worth the trouble
We usually go to the one on airport freeway but decided to give this one a try again. Sadly same problems as always. Hardly any meat in the regular tacos and the beef burrito that is almost 3 dollars was so tiny and I think they forgot the cheese to top it off. To many more problems to write about. So disappointed.
Lady behind counter very rude and an attitude. Took her time to attend to us. And taking our order as if we were bothering her. Our food was ready but took a while to give to us.
I had to wait 22 minutes for my food. There were only 3 customers in the restaurant and 4 cars in drive thru....but their excuse for absolutely crappy service is that they had a rush
Whoever is on the grill: This is the second time within the past 2 weeks that the quesadilla was crap. You have to check to see if any of the grill crap is in the quesadilla when you cut it. Because I just took a huge bite out of Grill remnants and barfed up all of my food. I caught it the first time. This time not. Just happened maybe 15 minutes ago.
Got the taco player, asked for no tamato and no lettuce. Got lettuce the first time, the chips were clearly from the day before and had to wait extra long for someone to take my order while one worker just stood there staring at me. I love taco Bueno, not coming here ever again. Much rather go to Taco Bell which is not only closer to my work there food probably a lot fresher too.
