Most disappointing Taco Bell experience ever! The young man working the drive thru needs additional customer service training. I ordered a combo & asked for baja blast zero as my drink, he handed me a yellow green drink. I told him it wasn't right it's supposed to be blue and he looked at me wide eyed, hands up & shoulders shrugged. Do you want it? Its taco bell i dont expect much. But the white lady manager is always yelling at someone and is super rude to customers. She gets super defensive and rude when someone complains about their order being wrong.
