6/26/2025-10:30am- So I did a mobile order and I went inside to pickup! The taller guy was very nice & helpful but the shorter dark hair heavy set lady was rude! I had asked before the order was bagged, were the fries fresh? All said yea! It was one guy & 2 ladies! Absolutely terrible restaurant. Mind boggling that corporate hasn't got ahold of this situation. The negative reviews here are all true - they're always out of something, today it was beans, rice, cheese, beef, potatoes. Just ridiculous. Why even bother being open if you don't have the ingredients to make your food? Stop wasting people's time and get your act together. Consistently terrible! Staff couldnt care less about customer service. Lesson learned, never going back to this location.
