I seem to be having the same experience as everyone else. The customer service is disappointing. The girl that took my order, made a mistake and gave me chips and cheese instead of the nachos I ordered. Simple mistake, easily fixable. I offered to pay the difference in price but she refused. The said she can’t take a new order and I had to drive around and order again. I said it was your fault and all you have to do is correct the mistake and I am willing to pay for. Sue shut the window and walked away. Awful experience.

We love going to this Taco Bell and getting Baja blasts. Recently tho, this one guy has been nothing but rude to us. He straight up told us that we can’t have them (which made no sense to us) and he has just been nothing but rude. I’m certain that this guy is new since he’s never been here anytime before. I hate writing bad reviews because I know it can impact things, but I can’t keep quiet about this and I don’t want to come back until it’s addressed. Thank you, and I’m sorry for writing this review but it needed to be done
