Waited in long a really long time all just to get our food and wait in line again for a refund because of how cold and HARD the nacho fries were hard along with other issues relating to rushing. Expectations were low but we're not eating rock hard fries.

I went up to get my drinks and got ignored by 3 different employees. They all 3 looked at me and continued to ignore me. New update 8-12 Advertises a new $9 lux box but doesn't have said box, false advertisement much. If you don't have it take it off the menu box. Also what's with this new AI ordering process? I already have to be annoyed by AI when I have to make business calls. What makes you think I wanna deal with it here. Get rid of it.
