Took 20 min in line only to be missing multiple items and the soft shell on my cheesy gordita crunch was doughy.
Writing this review from their Drive Thru lane cause I've lot of time to kill as I'm stuck here since 25 minutes ( as always) ... what's meaning of Drive thruuuuu????? Get some good employees or manager that can make operation run faster and better Please!!!!
Some of the people here don't like their job and you can tell. It's very clean, and I personally have never been in a massive customer crush at this location. It's ALMOST always relatively easy to get in and get out
I have been sitting in a line for over an hour. Since 11pm. It is now 12pm. I got to the speaker at 11:45 and I was told to wait. There are no cars at the windows getting food so I haven’t a clue what they are doing in there.
I got robbed by Taco Bell. I paid for food, yet got this… pics speak for themselves. Almost no chicken or cheese in the cantina tacos. I have low food standards — I will eat taquitos from a 7-Eleven hot case, but this… this Taco Bell experience was a new low that even I was not okay with. I will make life changes to cook at home instead of eat out to avoid service and food like this.
