Update 5/17/26: they are still mediocre with their service. Placed a GrubHub pickup order and when I got home my son was missing a taco from his box. Food was good but they overcharged me for the refreshers during happy hour which were supposed to be $2. I noticed immediately after paying (on my receipt) and brought it to their attention at the drive thru window. ⚠️ TACO BELL — PORTIONS HAVE BECOME TINY! ⚠️ I used to be a regular customer and the portions were normal. But what they gave me this time — it’s a joke. The portion was so small I left hungry and disappointed. Management, pay attention! People are paying good money and expect to actually eat. If you keep feeding customers like this, you will lose everyone. If you want to actually eat — go to Chipotle. At least they know what a normal portion looks like. 1 star. Do not recommend.
