Picked up someone’s Togo trash left in their parking lot at 2:30 in the morning to be nice. Told the Togo worker that it was left in their lot and asked him to throw it away and he responds with “woah I don’t want that!” And proceeds to say “I know public dumping isn’t allowed but just dump it back on the ground and I’m sure morning crew will get it” and then shut talked some of his other coworkers. Terrible service. 3/4 times got order incorrect. 4/4 times asked to pull around and waited 20+min for 1 burrito. Serious decline in service recently. I'll be going across town from now on hopefully they have it a bit more together.

I waited 15 minutes on my food to be prepared and was the only person in the lobby. I watched the employees go about preparing food. One lady rubbed her nose and scrtches her head. When I tried to tell a man who made my food, he walked off from me. He screams you got your order by! I get out to my truck and the cinabon delights where so hard you couldn't eat them.
