Huge issue with in-store pickup, seems to be a severely broken process. All orders placed in the restaurant or placed for pickup in restaurant were not being filled due to a drive-thru fulfillment metric that they have. Only drive thru orders were being filled while a growing mob of people waited for orders inside, some had been waiting over an hour! waited an hour for an online order and gave up because they do not start online orders unless there is not a single car in the drive through DO NOT ONLINE ORDER HERE
I mean, it’s Taco Bell. You know what you’re getting. But honestly tired of showing up around 9:20-9:30, ordering food at the kiosk (since no one bothers actually serving customers anymore), sitting down at a table, waiting 10-15 minutes to be told you have to take it to go because they’ve decided to close the dining room early. I get wanting to leave early…but they’re open until 2/3:00 am. Rushing people out of the dining room so you can shut it down early is bad form and bad customer service. Manager yelled at me in the store for asking for a copy of the receipt. Terrible customer service. 9/23/26 at 4:30 PM.
