Love the place but the atmosphere was a little messy. Otherwise, staff was great and was very accommodating even during the lunch rush!
I don’t even know where to start. Every time I customize an order here, they completely ignore the add-ons. What’s the point of offering customizations if you’re not even going to look at them? Waste of time AND money. They also don’t have half the things you order online, which would be understandable if they at least compensated with something of equal value. Can I ask what the point of ordering ahead on the app is only to be asked if everything on the screen looks correct when I pull up to the drive-thru? Like wait a second you're just starting this now?! I ordered it 10 minutes ago. And then on top of that, I was asked to pull around to the front door and they'll bring my food out to me there just so the drive-thru timer didn't expire on them. Took 15 minutes from the time I ordered for the food to come to my window. C'mon man.
