I have to believe that the bad reviews for this location are negative confirmation bias. In other words, no one is going to take the time to review a Taco Bell location unless they had a bad experience. I'm here to tell you that this TB is consistently great. The portions are typical and often generous, and the staff are extremely efficient and professional. In my mind, this location is perfect. Thank you Valleydale TB, you guys rule.
This is definitely the best Toco bell in the Birmingham area. Outstanding food and cleanliness
