WARNING I ordered a Veggie Bowl from this Taco Bell and they served me chicken instead. I am pregnant and allergic to chicken—this could have put my life and my baby’s life in danger. When I went back to the store, I was shaking, but the staff laughed at me and the manager excused it by saying, “We make thousands of orders, that’s why mistakes happen.” This is rude, careless, and life-threatening negligence.
