These workers can not complete an order properly,and the manager is not people friendly, waiting too long for order and then it's wrong,rude , disrespectful response when questioned about your order,but if your a friend of management then it's a different story,free food for them,no back lash,who ever owns this chain needs to check who the hire,this isn't excepted behavior.
My pregnant wife and I ordered inside at 9:20 PM. We didn't even get our food until 9:55 PM. We were driving through the area and deliberately planned to sit down, stretch our legs, and eat like human beings instead of cramming into a car. Look, we weren't even mad about the 35 minute wait. It was busy, and they were clearly understaffed. Have actively been sitting at the speaker for 35 minutes waiting. Two full lines have formed and left, still no response on the speaker aside from the initial “we’ll be with you in just a minute”
Ordered on door dash and they figured that they were too busy at the drive-thru to do my order so they canceled my order and so I'm sitting here at home with no food
