That new AI is awful. Doesn’t hear when people say “I need a minute” and continues asking for my order every 10-15 seconds. The last two times I went, I just drove away because the AI didn’t understand what I was saying. I guess I won’t be back and from the reviews it seems like plenty of others feel the same way.
If you like cold food, and you're constipated, eat here! You will be on the John long enough to rethink your life. And please bring back the season fries with nacho cheese.
Employees were throwing around cheese in the back while I was waiting for my order and the establishment had a very strange smell
Always fresh and correct orders
Long post: Waited almost 20 mins in the drive thru and made it to the speaker to place my order. The speaker, which uses AI, never acknowledged I was there. So after I bit I pulled up to the window, the girl tried to give me the person behind me order. I stated that they never took my order, she stated well you will have to go back through the line.
