Very unprofessional staff. After multiple drivers arrived for pickup, the store keeps claiming that my order had already been collected, which was not true. They even yelled at the driver while I was on speakerphone, simply asking why the app still showed my order as “in progress.” Also heard someone say “well, we got a lot of theft, so we ain’t remaking anything.
